FAQs

1. Who can purchase from Aylora Flower?

Aylora Flower operates as a wholesale supplier. Pricing is visible only to approved wholesale customers. Please register for an account to access wholesale pricing and place orders.

2. Why can’t I see the prices?

Wholesale pricing is available after login only.
Once your account is approved, you will be able to view pricing and complete purchases.

3. What is the minimum order requirement?

Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the product. Most items are available:

  • Per Stem

  • Per Bunch

  • Per Box

Bulk orders (2+ boxes) may require advance notice.

4. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days in advance, especially for large quantities or event orders, to ensure availability and freshness.

5. How are the flowers shipped?

Flowers are carefully packed to maintain freshness and are shipped in protective packaging. Some flowers may arrive in bud form to protect them during transit — they will naturally open after processing.

6. Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

  • Email all claims to: sales@ayloraflower.com

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

7. Why did my flowers arrive closed?

Many flowers (such as lilies, snapdragons, and roses) are shipped in a more closed stage to extend vase life and prevent damage during transit. They will bloom naturally after hydration.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Orders canceled within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

9. Do you accept custom or special orders?

Yes, we can accommodate special requests depending on availability. Large or custom orders may require advance notice and are non-refundable once confirmed.

10. How should I care for my flowers after delivery?

For best results:

  • Trim stems at a 45° angle before placing in water

  • Use clean buckets and fresh water

  • Add floral food if available

  • Keep flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight

11. Do flower colors look exactly like the photos?

Natural flowers may vary slightly in color, size, and bloom stage due to seasonal and growing conditions. This is normal and part of working with fresh products.
