Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Aylora Flower. We are committed to providing premium-quality fresh flowers and floral products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our policy carefully.

1. Perishable Products

All fresh flowers and greens are perishable items. For this reason:

  • Returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases of damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns reported within the required timeframe.

2. Quality Concerns & Claims

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please send clear photos of:

    • The affected flowers

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

  • Include your order number in the email.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

  • The flowers were significantly below quality standards upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper handling or storage after delivery.

  • Natural variations in color, size, or bloom stage.

  • Flowers that arrive in bud form (many flowers are shipped closed for protection and longevity).

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as products are prepared in advance.

6. Wholesale Orders

All wholesale purchases are subject to availability.
Large orders (2+ boxes of the same product) may require advance notice. Custom or special orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
